Teaching Rules in Context

This teacher goes beyond saying what the rules are - she makes sure the children understand the rules and how they apply in the classroom.  The video shows an example of how she helps the children work through the rule “be safe”.

The Star Classroom Rules

This teacher reviews the rules with the children every day. The children can recite what it means to be a star. She uses the star theme throughout her classroom.
