Lise Fox

University of South Florida

Lise Fox, PhD, is a Professor and Chair in the Department of Child and Family Studies in the College of Behavioral and Community Sciences of the University of South Florida. She is the Principal Investigator of the National Center for Pyramid Model Innovations, a faculty member with the ECTA Center, and is involved in multiple research and national technical assistance projects related to early childhood programs and practices.  Her research is focused on practical approaches for the inclusion of young children with problem behavior in community settings and individualized interventions for addressing young children’s challenging behavior.

Raquel Lima

Clifton Early Learner Academy

Raquel Lima is the principal of Clifton Early Learner Academy - Allwood in the Clifton Public School District and an adjunct professor at William Paterson University. She is a member of the New Jersey State Pyramid Model Team, a former NCPMI fellow, and contributed to Clifton’s development as a model demonstration site under the Pyramid Equity Project. She earned her doctorate in Leadership from the College of Education at William Paterson University in May 2025, where her dissertation examined program-wide Pyramid Model implementation over five school years. Her work focuses on the system-level implementation of evidence-based practices in early childhood education, with an emphasis on equity, inclusion, sustainability, and data-driven decision-making.

Lauren “Lo” Garcia

Trinity School for Children

Lauren "Lo" Garcia is an early childhood educator with 14 years of experience, specializing in Pre-K education and positive behavior support. For the past five years, she has served on the Program-Wide Positive Behavior Support (PBS) Leadership Team, including two years as co-facilitator. She has supported the implementation and sustainability of the Pyramid Model by collaborating with staff, providing coaching and resources, and promoting practices that foster positive social-emotional development and successful learning environments for all children. Most recently, she stepped into the role of Behavioral Support Team Facilitator, partnering with administration to support student success, provide resources and guidance to families, facilitate professional development opportunities for staff, and strengthen the implementation of PBS and Pyramid Model practices throughout the program. Her goal is to empower educators to create nurturing, inclusive learning environments that promote positive outcomes for children and families.
